Gaming is something that people tend to get into over time. If you haven’t played games before or want to introduce your children to gaming, you may be wondering what game is the best, to begin with. Well, we find that any of the Super Mario franchises is an excellent starting point. These games tend to have easy controls for younger gamers, yet you can easily improve and master the games by learning more difficult skills over time. Our personal favourite is of course the super popular Mario kart. But you can still enjoy Super Mario Bros and other classics.

Once these games have been mastered you will be able to discover what it is you or your children actually enjoy. Whether it is racing or expiration games with more skill. You can build on this and purchase more alternatives to the game they enjoyed.

We all know about multitasking, doing two or more things at the same time. Some people are good at it, others not so much. Remastered games are a hot topic right now, with more games being remastered as the days pass. But what are they and should we buy them?

What Are Remastered Games?
A remastered game is essentially when a classic game is being updated. There are never many changes made to the game itself. It will just have upgrades with graphic quality and playability. But the main storyline remains the same.

Should We Buy Them?
Remastered games are not the cheapest to purchase, with them costing a lot more than what the classics would’ve back in the day. But, the ability to play these much-loved games with improved graphics is worth the cost for some. Purchasing these games is a great idea if you want to experience your favourite childhood games in a whole new light.

Remastered games are taking over. In some lights, this can be annoying. But, they can be worth the cost for lifelong gamers.

Retro games, the old-time classics that we all played and loved. Some we miss others not so much. But are our favourites making a comeback?

Over the past few years, we have seen some of the favourites make a comeback for us to enjoy with new and improved graphics. Some include crash bandicoot, super monkey ball and Spyro. These retro games have made a comeback and we have loved every second of playing these games.

However, some of the favourites we are yet to see make a comeback that we would love to play in the new high graphics. But, it isn’t all about the higher graphics, it can be about reliving childhood memories, taking us back in time to days where nothing else mattered.

So, it is an exciting time to continue to see many retro games making a comeback. The more that do, the more we can enjoy on our current consoles.

Firstly, you will want to talk to your children about safety. This is especially important with online gaming as you want to ensure your children are being safe. This is not always a safe place to be. Ensuring your children have a full understanding of the dangers will be best.

Another aspect you will need to talk to them about is your own expectations. Talk to them about the games they are allowed to play. Talk to them about how long they are allowed to play for. Setting these clear expectations will make parenting around gaming easier.
